Fueling Brain & Body Connection

At The Hartman Center, healing doesn’t stop when therapy ends. With in-house personalized nutrition and performance care led by Kayla Andrews, our newest integrative team member, we help patients support brain function and improve recovery from the inside out.

I’ve had type 1 diabetes for 25 years. When your sugars are high, it damages the small nerve endings.
I started to have changes in my feet, little differences in balance, pain, numbness, and tingling. It’s a whole different type of care: individual based and tailored to you. I’m very grateful. It feels good to be cared about.” – Christa

Your Brain is Hungry for the Right Support

Cognitive recovery and nervous system regulation aren’t just about what happens in the clinic, they’re impacted by what you eat, how your body responds to stress, and how well you recover. That’s why we’ve added a new pillar to our care model: nutrition and performance support, guided by data and personalized for your brain.

This is not a one-size-fits-all. Kayla's services are integrated into your diagnostic findings including blood chemistry Inbody scans and clinical history to help you heal more effectively.

Why It Works

Most nutrition approaches don’t account for brain function, autonomic balance, or neurological symptoms. Ours does.

Kayla understands how to nourish the brain, gut, and body as a whole system. Whether you’re working through dizziness, brain fog, energy crashes, or recovery plateaus, your food and supplement plan can be part of the solution.

At The Hartman Center, it all works together.
