Dietetics

I’ve had type 1 diabetes for 25 years. When your sugars are high, it damages the small nerve endings.
I started to have changes in my feet, little differences in balance, pain, numbness, and tingling. It’s a whole different type of care: individual based and tailored to you. I’m very grateful. It feels good to be cared about.” – Christa
Your Brain is Hungry for the Right Support
Cognitive recovery and nervous system regulation aren’t just about what happens in the clinic, they’re impacted by what you eat, how your body responds to stress, and how well you recover. That’s why we’ve added a new pillar to our care model: nutrition and performance support, guided by data and personalized for your brain.
This is not a one-size-fits-all. Kayla's services are integrated into your diagnostic findings including blood chemistry Inbody scans and clinical history to help you heal more effectively.

How ItWorks
01
Review Your Data
We begin by looking at your diagnostic findings, including InBody 770 scan and any relevant lab work, to better understand how your brain and body are functioning and where nutrition can help support your care.

How ItWorks
02
Create a Personalized Plan
Your nutrition and supplement plan is designed to work in conjunction with your therapies, helping to reinforce and enhance the progress made during treatment.

Support Your Healing Daily
Healing doesn’t only happen in the office. By integrating nutrition into your care, you can feel more steady, clear, and supported between visits, helping your progress continue over time.

Why It Works
Most nutrition approaches don’t account for brain function, autonomic balance, or neurological symptoms. Ours does.
Kayla understands how to nourish the brain, gut, and body as a whole system. Whether you’re working through dizziness, brain fog, energy crashes, or recovery plateaus, your food and supplement plan can be part of the solution.
At The Hartman Center, it all works together.
