Meghan spent ten years teaching in the Ridgewood Public Schools before a traumatic brain injury led her to explore how the brain learns and heals. After seeing the impact of the Arrowsmith Program on a former student, she enrolled in the program herself and later became a certified instructor. Working alongside Dr. Hartman, Meghan helps translate advanced brain diagnostics into targeted cognitive training designed to support learning.

As a certified Lagree Fitness instructor, she brings an embodied understanding of movement, nervous system regulation, and performance, reinforcing the Center’s integrated, whole-person approach to healing.
